Four Arrested After Hanging 'Tibet Will Be Free' Banner from Memorial Bridge

Four people were arrested this morning after hanging a "Tibet Will Be Free" banner off of the Memorial Bridge. According to WTOP, two activists rappelled off of the bridge while two others remained on the bridge to assist them. The act was likely timed to the visit of Chinese Vice President Xi Jinping to meet with President Obama.
